Our client's goal was to implement standards and best practices in their contact center for consistency and professionalism. Once the training had taken place and was well received, creative collaboration has taken place every year to create new content and keep employees engaged.
Bonfire tailored the training to their business and processes; initial training was in 2010 and we have provided New Hire Training and Refresher Training for existing staff every year with excellent results. We provide customized training solutions such as Sales, Stress Management, Personality Styles and customized Leadership training solutions. Our trainer works directly with management every year to align training with company goals and objectives, as well as sales initiatives. We have partnered with them to speak at their annual conference, as well as provided training for affiliated hearing-aid clinics nationwide.
